At Corvus, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. NEED TO CANCEL?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.

 

We will always make every effort to minimise losses by re-marketing your appointment to anyone on a waitlist however if this is not possible the following fees will be incurred

 

  • Under 24 hours 50% of the appointment value.

  •  Failure to attend your appointment with no contact (No Show) Your cancellation charge will be at full price.

Hair Washing

TARDINESS

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Corvus and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
